What Asha is

Asha is an assistant that uses large language models and other AI services to understand your request and produce a result. Responses, summaries, transcriptions and generated images or video are produced by AI, not written or verified by a human.

It can be wrong

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. Always check anything important — especially email you send, calendar changes, files you edit, and any factual or professional information — before you rely on it or act on it. Asha is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.

Speech and transcription

Speech-to-text can mishear words, particularly names, numbers and technical terms. Review important transcriptions and dictation before sending them on.

Generated media

Images and video produced through Asha are synthetic. If you publish them, say so where required, and do not present generated media as a real photograph, recording or document.

Third-party services and their terms

Asha uses model and media providers that you configure yourself. Those providers' terms require you to disclose that content was AI-generated where applicable, and they may have their own rules about how their output can be used. Review those terms before publishing anything Asha produces.

Actions taken on your behalf

Through connectors, Asha can draft mail, suggest calendar changes, and edit files. Review its work before committing to anything irreversible. You remain responsible for what you send and change.
